How To Get Bigger Boobs In A Week
JUGS, melons hooters, bahama mammas... whatever you call yours, it seems we just can't get enough of boobs.
More than 8,000 breast augmentation surgeries were performed in the UK last year, up 6% from the previous year, according to the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS).

The average cost of a boob job ranges from £3,500 to £7,000. Many women jet off to Poland, Spain and Slovakia, in search of lower prices - but bagging a bargain operation isn't always the safest option.
Cosmetic surgeons warn that cheap deals often mean poorly trained doctors and dangerous results, not just aesthetically but medically. Some patients suffer sepsis and even nipple loss as a result of botched procedures.
Katie Price first went under the knife at age 18 and had six more breast surgeries before one of her implants ruptured in 2015, leaving her with extreme scarring. Geordie Shore's Marnie Simpson and Danielle Lloyd have also both suffered injuries from poor cleavage surgeries.
Hearing the horror stories, I was keen to hunt out some non-surgical alternatives. From boob creams to pectoral exercises, here's how I went from a 32C to a 32E in just one week.
1. Bust lotions: Are they the cream de la creme?
Type 'breast enlargement cream' into Amazon and you are met with over 8million results. I chose Nip + Fab's Bust Fix Night (mainly because it comes in a pretty bottle).
They offer both day and night varieties but the latter seemed like the best option for me as I didn't fancy sneaking off to the toilets at work to apply some boob cream.
The directions suggested applying a small amount daily, massaging into the chest in a circular motion – I applied generously in hope that more cream meant bigger boobs.
It was the same consistency as moisturiser and dried surprisingly quickly on the skin. I found it simple and easy to use and I actually think the process of massaging helped in some way to stimulate the growth.

At the end of the week, I can honestly say that it worked!
My boobs weren't drastically bigger in size (and I guarantee no one other than myself would recognise the difference) but they certainly looked fuller both in and out of my bra.
I can liken it to lip fillers, the shape and size hadn't changed much, but they seemed smoother, rounder and plumper.
Verdict: If you're looking for a quick and easy fix with subtle results then this is the solution for you. At £16.25 (nipandfab.com), it's a much cheaper alternative to surgery.
Growth is limited though, so don't expect drastic results. I'd use this in the weeks leading up to my summer holiday to give myself that extra boost in my bikini.

2. Pectoral exercises: Putting my chest foot forward in the gym
I'm a seasonal gym goer. I work hard in summer and completely hibernate for winter. It's now November and I hadn't been to the gym in three months prior to this experiment.
And even when I was prepping my summer bod, pectoral muscles were never on my radar.
But, if I want perfectly sculpted moobs like the Ocean Beach Ibiza hunks, it was time to embrace the pec exercises – and boy was it tough!
My first pec session with a personal trainer at my local David Lloyd gym went OK. It was tough, but doable and consisted of bench presses, flyes and press ups. I repeated the exercises using two light 2kg dumbbells.
How to do a boob-boosting bench press
- Lie on the bench with a dumbbell in each hand and your feet flat on the floor or rest your feet up on the bench if it's more comfortable.
- Push the dumbbells up so that your arms are directly over your shoulders and your palms are up.
- Pull your abdominals in, and tilt your chin toward your chest.
- Lower the dumbbells down and a little to the side until your elbows are slightly below your shoulders.
- Roll your shoulder blades back and down, like you're pinching them together and accentuating your chest.
- Push the weights back up, taking care not to lock your elbows or allow your shoulder blades to rise off the bench.
I woke up the next morning with a dull ache across my chest, so much so that I was convinced my hormones were playing up.
It wasn't until lunch time that I finally realised this was probably the aftermath of yesterday's workout. I'd never felt pain there before.
It was a strange and foreign sensation and I wasn't keen on repeating the challenge.
I only did three pectoral sessions throughout my one week bust-boosting experiment and truth be told, it made absolutely no difference to my chest size.
But Rome wasn't built in a day (or a week) and nor is muscle. As all fitness gurus tell us, changes won't happen overnight and gaining muscle is a gradual process that takes several months of commitment and training.
And not just breast size will be affected either. Experts say that working the pectoral muscles will make breasts appear more firm and stiff. I'm not sure I fancy firm boobs myself.
Verdict: If you're already into fitness and exercise then weaving this into your regular gym routine shouldn't be a problem. This will give your boobs a lift, some subtle growth and less wobble.

3. Bra fitting: Bra-vellous new lingerie
- Ultra boost bra, £28 from Boux Avenue - buy here
Fitting experts say that wearing the right size bra can have a big impact on the appearance of breasts and how big or small they look.
According to a recent study, 80 per cent of women in the UK are wearing the wrong size bra.
Whether we do so for comfort reasons, shape and style or we simply don't know what size we should be wearing, we're clueless about bra sizing.
I haven't been for a bra-fitting since I was sixteen and for the past seven or so years, I've lived in very unflattering sports bras and shapeless but comfy triangle-bras, mainly out of habit.
None of which look particularly sexy – and they definitely don't enhance the shape or size but they're easy and mostly come in hassle-free sizes S, M and L.
I decided to head to lingerie shop, Boux Avenue, to get my first proper fitting in almost 10 years.
It's all about the right size and shape, my fit assistant Gemma tells me.
Boux Avenue's glamorous store was an emporium of lustful lace, rouge ribbons and silk slips hanging delicately on black hangers next to plush velvet arm chairs.
Simply stepping foot in the store made me feel sexier if nothing else.
Once in my fitting room, it was clear there were a number of problems with the bra I was wearing that day. I'd worn what I thought was my best fitting and least ugly bra.
The cup size, I was told, was perfect for me. But the clasp was far too big and the actual straps very loose.
"We look for no more than a two-inch gap between your back and bra clasp," Gemma explained tugging the back of my bra (my over worn bra would have stretched to ten inches if she pulled hard enough!).
The straps should have a gap of no bigger than two fingers between the shoulder and bra strap and the cups should frame the breasts nicely without any spillage over the sides.
Measuring indicated that I had a chest size of 30, which should be worn on the loosest clasp, and cup size, D. I tried on a number of beautiful sets and even the basic bras enhanced my chest size.
A little red number, Boux's ultra-boost bra (£28), was the stand out. This bad boy was designed specifically for enhancing breast size.
It's plunging shape cupped my boobs at precisely the right angle, lifting them up and pushing them together to make them seem more rounded. Some extra padding also helped to boost their size.
Several years of sports bras and I'd completely forgotten what wearing a proper bra could do for you!
Verdict: Give it a go! This was certainly the easiest option and made a massive difference to the size and shape of my boobs. Looking in the mirror I felt like an entirely different person.

4. Perfect posture: Putting my back into it
- Lace plunge bra, £26 from Boux Avenue - buy here
It goes without saying that walking around with a hunchback or slumping over at your desk at work won't create the most flattering body shape. But posture's not the easiest thing to fix.
We're creatures of habit and forcing yourself to stand up straight isn't a simple task, especially when your mind is focused on other things.
Rolling back your shoulders and pushing out your chest frames not just the breasts, but the body too.
I must admit this tactic is more of an illusion than a physical change. But it certainly works in pictures.
We've all seen those infuriatingly perfect celebs and influencers, uploading a selfie of their toned abs and sculpted bodies alongside a picture of their triple cheese burger dinner. But it's all a trick. It's just posture and angles.
You'd be surprised at what sticking your bum out and holding the camera at a tilted angle can do for your figure. And it's the same for boobs!
Verdict: If you're at a wedding, event or posing for bikini pics on your summer hols, this is the trick for you. Stick that chest out and roll those shoulders back!.

5. Contouring: Working magic with makeup
Contouring? Isn't that the clever makeup hack that gives Kim Kardashian's face such enviable definition? Yes, it is.
But, so I've learned, it's not just for jawlines and cheekbones, it's for abs and boobs too.
Greeted by makeup artist Amy McLaughlin, my scepticism was clear from the off-set. Can a bit of bronzer and highlighter really make that much difference?
I wore the same bra that I'd worn at my fitting and watched as Amy painted dark lines around my cleavage.
She followed the natural curve of my boobs, moving the brush in a C shape from the middle of my bra to the edge of the cup on both sides. Then sandwiching the brown curve, she painted four much paler curves.
I was worried about how obvious and unsubtle my contouring hack might appear. But after some serious blending, I couldn't even tell.
I'd somehow grown two cup sizes in a matter of fifteen minutes. My boobs were looking plump and bouncy. Are these definitely mine? The downside to this method is the inability to wear white.
Having caked my cleavage in makeup I wasn't too keen to put my nude blouse back on.
The verdict: Great for a party or night on the town. If you're wearing dark fabrics and a busty outfit, this tactic is perfect. You could even go bra-less and onlookers would be none the wiser!
Bust-boost rating: 4/5
6. Supplements: Is there such thing as a magic pill?
We take supplements for weight loss, smoother skin and brain power – so why not take a pill to boost your bust? Enter Fenugreek. The capsules (£11.99, Holland & Barratt) contain something called phytoestrogen - and lots of it.
Estrogen, the hormone responsible for controlling a woman's menstrual cycle, can influence chest size and many women use it whilst breast-feeding to encourage the flow of milk.
The seeds of this plant (I took a powdered version) are traditionally used as flavouring in Asian recipes and once you get a whiff of these bad boys you'll see why. The curry stench masked my entire kitchen.
The recommended dose was one to two capsules three times daily, so I followed this, taking one in the morning, one at lunch and one in the evening for a week.

You can drink it as a tea, but that was a definite no-no. I love herbal tea, but these smelled of spicy, fragrant curry. Not only this, the stench clung to my hands after touching just one capsule, so the havoc it would wreak on your mouth after drinking it in a tea seemed unbearable.
After one week I couldn't see much of a difference in the size of my boobs. But that doesn't mean I'd rule it out.
Hundreds of women have sung it's praises for transforming their cleavage and most recommend taking the supplement for a minimum of four weeks to reap the benefits.
One Amazon user gave the product 5 stars with great results. "I didn't really want to go through surgery… so I found this," she wrote.
"Funny thing is, it worked! I was so pleasantly surprised. I am fuller and I am buying bigger bras."
Verdict: It's certainly an easy option and this small tub had three to six months' worth of capsules, meaning it's definitely good value for money. But make sure you close the lid – that curry stench isn't the most welcoming.
Bust-boost rating: 1/5
Meanwhile, find out how Sophie got on when she didn't wash my hair for THREE weeks and was amazed by how well it transformed her locks.
She also put Vogue's bottle of wine-a-day diet to the test - with stomach-churning results.
She also tried food well past their sell-by dates.
Here's what to expect at a cervical screening test and it's really not bad at all!
